THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so bad, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is pathetic, and the layout are stupid. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they here could sell thisitem without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd bought something functional instea
